Some call me "L'ancien" and I take it as a sign of endearment :)

I am passionate about HR (otherwise I wouldn't have spent 35 years in this function). I have worked for big shiny names Universal, Disney, Gucci, mostly in international roles and I have realised the only thing I am sure about is that I am sure about nothing.

I am self confident, assertive, creative, caring, decisive... and I believe very much HR should pride themselves of supporting the business. We keep saying our people are our main asset so let us show it by listening to them, anticipating their needs, be humble about what we know, forget useless politics and always innovate.
